Big problem

Whenever I start up Mine-imator 1.0.0 on my computer, it comes up with a error report thing that asks, send or don't send error report. Can anyone help me out?

Ok. So, when I install Mine-Imator 1.0.0 with the installer, everything seems fine. But, after I extract the files, and try to run Mine-Imator 1.0.0, it brings me this error message: http://m.imgur.com/EQt2XXH

Looking at the picture it looks like you have XP, expect you use some sort of skin for Windows 7, which is unlikely
