I need some help on my rig i got the eyes working but how do i do the mouth?

This is how I do it.

I usually choose from the skin I want. Go in a skin editor like MCSkin3d. All I do is erase the part where you want the mouth. Now you just put all the parts inside the mouth like the teeth, the toungue, etc.. Its really easy.

well itried doing that but the mouth looks like its touching my eyes or down at the bottom

You made the eyes too low. Raise them about one pixel.
