problems All my skin heads are going white or black how do I stop it?

 All the heads from skins are turning white its getting annoying can anyone help me out

As for your problem, I presume you mean when you try to use them in Mine-imator. What version are you using? Can you post one of the skins? If you're not using the 1.0.0 demo, get that here:

I've had this problem before. Click on the white block, and it'll be the hat layer. Go down to the Colour tab, I believe it is, and drag the Alpha bar all the way down.

Can you send me the images of the skins? Like...The picture used to make minecraft skins? I'm sure I can fix it
