my windows smart screen wont let me open it...

windows 8?

just click on "More Info" and click on something that looks like "Ignore" or "Open anyways"

if you can't do that then disconnect for the internet, open the application, tell it to ignore and open anyways (it can't connect to windows app checker) and voila~!

hope you can open it.
