If you press green one/somone press it on ur topic,you get rep/he get rep.

 

Red arrow is oposite to green one. Here 1+ for you

How are you able to put extra things when you post, for example on yours it says website and youtube and they are both hyperlinked...?

That is your signature, you can create your own by going to your profile and click ''Edit Profile'' in the top right hand corner. Then on the let there should be a signature button, click it
