It sounds like there's quite a few complex features going into that one. I imagine it's more a case of him not knowing exactly how long they'll take to get done due too the work involved, but he'll release it in April as soon as it's done - basically, 'as soon as it's done this month'. So he won't give us a date too early and not have it done, but also so when it is done he won't have to delay in giving it to us.
