You should go easy on the camera movement. A camera shouldn't move so much. Good job though with the arrow follow.

I'm gonna tell you something nobody on this forum seems to be aware of, okay? This is classified information, so don't tell anybody else about it, can you promise that?

When animating a walking character, make sure that you make him move forward with every step, don't just drag out one long animation of a guy taking one step across the entire length of the walking sequence.

Remember, you are now in possession of a highly valued, professional secret, so ssshh...k?

 

And as Ayhay said, nice work on following the arrow with the camera.
