Same thing happens on FHD and/or HD.

I have it on 3440x1440 Cinematic both on Camera Size and size in Project Properties, so I don't think that's the problem. Tried with the 4k one and the lines still show up.

Well, I have a 1060, have updated the drivers, idk I'll try the studio driver and see if it helps. Edit: Didn't help

Well, I don't know of any rain effect, and I didn't turn on anything similar to it. Only thing I did was load that part of the nether in.
