I tried opening it with media player it didn't work and I tried getting the camstasia trial but i need the full version for the codec

I've tried, nothing i can find works.

I tried it with Microsoft Video 1 and didn't close the window but when i tried to play it in windows media player it was just a black screen

Could some one please help me, I've made animations in Mineimator before, but whenever I try to save them (I use every codec that is on my list) It either shows an error message or just comes up a white or black screen. (I have windows 8) so if anyone can send me a link to the right codecs or something I'd greatly appreciate it.
