  1. Hello, so I've come from another animating studio: SFM (or Source Filmmaker). And I've noticed some things that make it really simple, and have noticed that Mineimator could use them too. 1.) First off: In SFM, you can right click the character name, and there's a thing that says "add (whatever game) item" You can click that and you can scroll through the items that the player can hold/use. It rigs the item to the player so whenever you move the arm with an item, the item moves too. This would make it easier for people with no rigs or whatever because it's very simple to use. 2.) Fix the lighting? I find lighting very hard to use and SFM has a feature I will say later. But I can never tell which direction the light is facing. Is there a direction the light faces? Is it just a huge orb of light that lights up everything around it? If it is, I suggest adding another light that points the light whichever direction you want it to face. That sort of leads to my next suggestion. In SFM, you can drag the light into the viewport (the screen you're animating on) and drag and drop it into the viewport, after you drag and drop the light into the viewport, you're camera will become the light. The camera would stay where it is, but you can freely move the light around and easily light up a certain character or area. If this were to be added, then I could finally start doing 3 point lighting. (a simple lighting thing for animators). I know I only have two, but it would definitely change the level of difficulty Mine-imator animating takes to animate, that would be making it easier. Anyways, I've only got two but I think it would help Mine-imator. Thank you in advance. Any counter suggestions or helpful tips? Be sure to post below! Have a good day
  2. Yo. So I really need a place just like the room in "Take Back the Night" (specifically at 5:24) Maybe around 125x125, if that's too much work () then it's fine Anyways, if you do in fact make this, then thank you so much
  3. I have the same problem with importing particles, but how did you get there? I don't see a few of the buttons there.
  4. Hey there, I was wondering something about Mine-imator: Can you use ANY particles for a Mine-imator animation/poster? For example: let's say I wanted a real-life-looking explosion. Would it work at all? Or would it just sit there because it's not a Minecraft particle? Thanks, hopefully someone out there has an answer
