Hi, I had the same issue for a little while. I solved it by deleting the installer and then downloading it again. If you do this make sure it's the same one you had before so that your projects can be opened. For instance, I downloaded the anniversary update which is the first post listed on the downloads page on this website. If you do this your projects should still be in your Mineimator projects file when you open the app and you should be able to access them. Hope this helps.
