I need help! What is this!? Strange coloured block border when rendering

i don't know why but somehow this happens with my project. it only happens sometimes in the middle of a frame. that in itself wouldn't be that bad but strangely enough the coloured outlines around the blocks also appear when rendering. but then only in some frames

Did you activate blur in all of these???

They usually appear when objects are blurred

No, that was not the problem. As I said, the problem only occurred frequently in individual frames that were not even a keyframe. But thanks!

Since I have seen that some people have already made a post before but unfortunately could not be helped. that's how I fixed it:
I think the problem CAN happen when the project is "overloaded". In my case it helped to delete the map I had loaded in and place it again.
