Mine-Imator 2.0 Terrain won't load

Hello!

I recently downloaded Mine-Imator 2.0 and I've been trying to load a world from my singleplayer saves into the software. When selecting terrain it does not load a portion of the world that I know for a fact is loaded in the actual world file. It's bizarrely targeted as well. I don't seem to be available to upload an image, but suffice it to say it loads most of the world's created chunks without loading the region I actually want. Every other world I have works fine. What's the problem here?

I have the same problem, try to use worldedit and export the structure into mine imator. That should work, i didnt tested it yet
