how do you scroll down in the timeline list THERES NO BAR HELP

To see more of your timeline collection:

 

Bring your mouse pointer down to the top edge of the timeline display window, when the cursor changes to an up and down arrow, left click and drag the edge of the timeline panel upwards. this will expose more of the channels in the timeline. Your animation display window will resize as well

However there should be a scroll bar at the right side of the timeline window as well.
