Startup Screen Bug: No Rentering

Hey. I have comealong a bug where the startup screen wont render. Whenever i try to open mine-imator it just goes up and get stuck. It wont render any more. It happend when i cleaned out my pc. And now it won't do anything. I can still click on things. But i don't even know what i'm click at. Only if i minisize it again and again and AGAIN.
