Crash Log saying i need shaders when i have them installed

So i downloaded mine imater for my new computer and it said something like you need micro soft shaders or what ever a shader thing i have bad memory i cant remember right off the top of my head i in stalled them and i still get the same message. heres my crash log:

also my mom and dad does not like the idea of giving away my real life name thats why i had to block it up with name hope it does not mess with you finding out what to do but and ideas on how to fix it i get it on every computer i try to download it on

Those computers have Directx installed?

I have the same problem I do have drectx installed but idk about the shaders

it asks me to click " ok " and then it says " Some shaders failed to compile make sure your graphics drivers/card and directx installation are up to date. do you want to download          directx from Microsoft "

I'm also on windows 10

thats the message i get but i use windows 7 but it also does not work for my old laptop that has windows 10.

ya after i ran it i got the message when it tryed to pull it up and then i downloaded the shaders it wanted me to after that i ran mineimator and it said you need to download tthe shaders thing and then it said to like post the crash log on the forums or you should its been a while since i last ran it
