Well its easy (not really if ur new at MI) First make your skin eyes 2x2 blank (erased) two of them!

And then make your mouth erased, this is a bit complicated, you can just download my skin, and edit it just like my skin (only if u use photoshop, GIMP or paint.net. Paint.net is the simplest)
