How do you export rigs/make it a downloadable file in 1.0.4

I really need help on how to export rigs in the new update! video is highly preffered

1. Get your project with your rig and your rig only inside the project
2. Save project normally save the project as the name of your rig (e.g: Steve Rig)
3. Right click the folder with your rig project and all textures for the rig and click Add to "[Folder name].rar".  If you do not have WinRAR then you can download it here: rarlab.com
4. use a file hosting program (e.g: Mediafire) to upload your newly made .rar file
5. Once uploaded you can copy the link and send it to your friends...or make a forum post discussing how it is the coolest rig in school! - Don't forget to add pictures to prove your point.
