Question

Hello, I am a new Mine-Imator beginner and I have a question in mind. I was watching some animations on YouTube and I realised a vast difference in two of the animations I watch.

One of them was like this:

up8ioEe

(Screenshot from video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uLcmyXsjv3M)

and the other was like this:

The quality of the animation varies alot. The first animation, there is this so called smooth lighting in Minecraft. ( If you toggle Smooth Lighting in Minecraft, you can notice that it is simillar to these two screenshots ) I know that the shadows play a role but the quality of the block in the first animation is much more finer than the second one. I was wondering if it is a texture pack or a rendering option because when I hopped onto Mine-Imator and exported a test animation, the quality is much closer to the second.

You can see that the stone block being the character is the same as the second animation.

Thank you for reading :) Have a nice day.
