I cant get into mine-imator!!

I wanted to put a skin on one of my characters. It said there was an error and it crashed. But then I couldnt log back into it! I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, but I still couldnt get into it! Can I please have some help? I wanna animate again :'(

I wipe inloded my computer to remove a virus, and I tried to reinstall mine-imator. I did the thing again, and its not opening once again. What now
