Do you mean a good way to make it look like it is blowing up, or to get the particles?

Oh, yes you need 9 cobwebs and shove them in the TNT.

Next, you put the next frame with the TNT under ground and the cobwebs flying around.

Then, take the cobwebs on the next frame and put them underground.
