Importing a schematic doesn't work! Please help!

Hi, I recently got Mine-Imator and am currently working on an animation. 

 

The animation takes place in a modern city with tall skyscrapers and roads. So, I started a new single player world and worked on it for many many days and now it is ready, a city with buildings and roads. I went in to MCEdit and selected a part of the city, and when I import it to mineimator, its just a layer of stone or bedrock. Why is this? Can someone help pls?

Also, now when I try it it says No Block Array found What should I do?
