Texture Pack Help

The blocks that are small are 16x16 but the blocks that appear normal are 32x32. Is there anyway to fix this issue or do I have to convert all the files to the same resolution?

Did you use a resource pack or texture file, If you used a texture file make sure it's the one for 1.0.0 not for 0.7. That's is you're using 1.0.0
