Towns are schematics. Google, ah... "Minecraft Town Schematic" or something of that sort. Be warned, though, any file above 10kb MAY crash the program, depending on your computer.

 

Beta tester! Download the program! Seriously, do it. Mine-imator Pro is free for beta testers. 

 

You can record the animation from different angles by using the Camera timeline, it's the camera shaped button next to the Tempo slider.
