how i use rig?

Well, What type of rig is it?

There's a toolbar in the top left corner.  The rightmost icon is the "Import Animation" button.  Click it, and select your rig (must be a .mani file - if your rig is in a .zip/.rar format, unzip it using a program like WinZip or 7Zip).
