Can't Move Things

Whenever I select a mob, player, light, or anything it won't select the object on screen, but it does select it in the timeline. Now I can't drag an object around like I used to, or move the body parts easily. I can't even delete and re-download mine-imator because it says another program is running it even when I close everything. (And I'm sure I closed everything.) Sorry, I can't figure out how to add a photo.
