Wanting to Export My firt Animation

Hi all, I just made my first animation, i have LOTS of questions but It was ok for now. When im going to click the export movie button. I see Lots of kinds of exporting Programs or Ways (i think). I heard that the best is Microsoft video 1 i put it, max compress. And when I go adhead it gets stuck, like "Mine-imator is not working" and close the programm. Can someone help me??

Try and do microsoft 1 without changing the compression. DO NOT touch your computer while it renders. Kill any unneeded programs that are running in the background.
