Um help, what the hell is this and can somebody explain to me what this problem is and how do i fix it?

So basically i was rendering an animation and for some reason this problem right here pops up and i don't know how to remove it, i tried to figure out how to fix it but still doesn't work, here are 2 GIF images of the same actual problem I'm having while after rendering the animation

It looks like a bug during the export where the software keep doing things with the opacity and i also see "blur texture" activating itself.

Did you try watching the animation in MI with the render mode on but not the exported ?

It really looks like there might be some key frames in which you turned the opacity of some objects down. Try checking all your keyframes in the parts that have this problem and see if on any of them have the opacity of any affected objects changed.

I could be your graphics card. I've had a bad graphics card that did something similar to this and it also made little pixelated dots in the clouds.

I'm not an expert, but I might know what's wrong. It's possible that you edited one frame, and moved to a point where you wanted the objects to disappear, but you forgot to deselect the keyframe. That happens to me all the time.
