Question

So I have recently been playing around with particles and enchantment tables. The trouble is that when they spawn on the paths, I don't have a practical way of moving them along the path. Here is a picture of the particles staying still:

Here is a picture of me explaining everything:

The particles are spawning in, it's just that I want it to be able to swirl around the enchanting table. Any ideas or alternatives, please respond.

The region type "path" only make them spawn on the path.

There are other way, I know 2 that could work :

1 - Set a path on the particle spawner with the constraint and add an offset to make it move, then play with the particles parameters

2 - It's a technique used before having the path, texture a cylinder with the glyphes and make it rotating, they wil not "spawn" like with a particle spawner but it allows a lot of creative things

I hope it helped you.

If you are using Continuation Build, you can create a keyframe in the particle editor, then under the "Particles" tab, set the Attractor to your path and increase the Directional force.

(It has to be Continuation Build because the feature is broken in vanilla 2.0.2.)
