I think it should be possible to include some kind of controllable part for characters or objects that would facilitate the taking of key images such as a playability time e.g. control the character 15 seconds and choose that an image is taken every second and then be able to easily modify the location or the animation to make it fluid 

another suggestion would be to be able to create presets for example a movement preset to import in each project
