How to make something spin smoothly and efficiently?

The way I spin this thing is very inefficient, and also the output isn't really smooth. I tried to use a folder, but I don't really know much about folders

There is an option called Custom Rotation Point on the right. You can use it on the sword and change it.

You need to either change rotation point or change it by using a folder. If you want to use a folder, you would have to reset the position of both the folder and the item and then manually fit the item and press the folder to see if its in the middle or not.
