like, a video on youtube or something and the end screens are the interactions?

yeah, and if you don't wanna clutter your YouTube channel you can unlist the choice videos and only make the first one public (unlisting videos still makes them viewable just not searchable on youtube)

Are u thinking to use some game engine like unity or a programming language like python? i might suggest u to try out unity. I can help u with python and unity, both if u need any!
