I'm new to mine-imator and don't have the skill required to make this rig. could someone please make me a rig based on the SMFR, Colorado bunker gear? if possible, I would like the jacket to be separate from the bunker pants and i would like the pants to include overall straps.

I sadly can't help you make the rig  but finding a skin may help.

This skin is based off of the NY Fire Department but it looks similar to your references
