There we go,

Anyways to your issue, 3D Planes are actually boxes just like blocks, they are hollow in the inside. and since for some reason, Modelbench isn't that precise, I'd love Modelbench if it be precise, but for now it isn't.

So what's happening is, that the box is made of 6 Planes and those aren't really touching their corners, so it's like a open box in that meaning
