Im bad at alot of things and i need something

so um basically i suck at modeling BUT i want a 3d model of my new minecraft skin because i made one of my previous skin and it sucked.

so what better than to ask you nerds to help um well i obviously want it to be my minecraft skin i think you can download it using namemc and searching "Photosynthetical" all i really want is it to be 3d extruded the eyes to be 3d and glow (maybe with a shader effect to make it look like those old tv screens) and if you can a medium sized computer on the back of the characters back with 3 wires from it to the back of the head

and i want the hood to be like an actual hood and the hoodie strings to be good and stuff since its basic coloring it should be pretty easy for someone intelligent which i am not so its not easy for me
