I need tips for 2d animation in mine-imator

I do 2D animation in Mine-imator, and I need some tips, like....how do I put folds in images? like the ones you have in the dolls' arms?

If you want to create 2D animations, there are many better options than MI. But you can creatr 2D effects by applying textures to 2D planes ig.

Also what folds are you talking about.

oh yes, for now I use mine-imator to make my 2d animations while I don't have a graphics tablet to use programs that need it, so I'm using drawings that I do with my finger on the cell, hence the folds I mean like those folds what is in the arms and legs of steve's 3d models in a picture?
