undoing or clicking play separates children objects from parent objects

Child objects separated from the timeline parenting tree? haven't seen such issue/bug.

Similar issue I commonly encounter is once I hit undo/redo some child objects reset its position values to where it first spawned/added. Yes its very annoying, but it still have the same parent, it didn't moved/parented to other objects. Well, you can redo that manually.

Or maybe check your keyframes.
