What ever material that floor is supposed to be made out of, for it to reflect so crisp and clear like, that without any ripples or surface disturbers, Makes it look like a duplicate of reality. (The rig is flipped upside down)

Yeah, I've been playing around with the Plane, But seems like it shows no change at all. I want to use a Noise Texture to it But it already stretched, so I need to Recreate the plane again.
