I'm working on my own rig pack
The rig pack might not contain teeth but once the rig pack is uploaded you can edit the rig to suit your skin or whatever.
The rig eyes are 2x2 pixels.
The rig pack will be free.
 

I guess it's ok to don't show your character's teeth all the time
