I see that you are creating this Falling Animations with Non Bend animation style, I guess it's better if your are adding the bending movement to the leg it self. So when Falling down to the Grass, Alex can bend her leg to reduce the fall speed causing her taking less damage than falling with Straight leg. And it can also Causing your legs Damage, or even Cracked Bone if you are doing this in Real Life.

And the Transition. You need to play around with the Transition here. I recomended you to using Ease in Keyframes because Falling damage need A Line animation that start slowly, and then stop. I hope you are understand on what I mean.

TBH there is no need to add bends, they just need to play with the settings of the rig!

Mojang and other animators have shown us it is possible!

But yeah trying that in real life would cause serious pain.

I Agree with ya Opinions, I was telling this person on the Realistic Aspect Remembering that I am the Guy who Loves Realistic, But It's Okay if this Person wanna make some Different Styles of Animations.

I totally understand what your saying :D I am going for the more "cartoony can run through wall" kinda style. I'll work on this animation some more.
