1.17 "Minecraft Assets Could Not Be Loades"

Hi I've just downloaded the new 1.17 assets, but now every time I open Mine-Imator it asks for me to download the 1.17 assets to run, which I click download too, to which the downloading bar shows up, but then a pop up shows up just before it's at 100% saying the "assets could not be loaded", and to "try re-installing Mine-Imator" which i have done many times, but every time when I start up the software this message is shown.

If you know how to help please do.

Try deleting the 'Mine_imator' folder in %AppData% > Roaming.

It didn't work, the same error message kept popping up. Thanks anyway. Any other ideas?
