Do you have a GPU?

Open Task manager and get a Look at performance if you have a GPU

If not your PC cant render High quality Pictures just the low HD Pictures

here is why: It will be Rendered on the CPU whitch is you main Proceser but the PC needs the CPU to run its self, a GPU (Graphics Procesor Unit) is a procesor for all Grapics: Gaming, Rendering, Videos and so on.

My opinion: just lower the Resolution to FHD or HD and try it then, if it still wont work then you have a Rig or any Mesh that can't be rendered. Try Checking that as well
