Yes It is. For Character thing,You need To make a character from scratch Right inside Modelbench.Why? Well Because Modelbench Had an Ability to import your model as OBJ Files. Ao If tou want to make a game inside unity,and Just import the OBJ files as your character. And Its really hard to do,but if your skill is good enough,then Its okay.

And For the Animation stuff,You can do with 2 Different way.

1.Make a whole animation Inside MI,Or 2.Make A Whole Animation inside A Higher 3D Software Like Cinema 4D.Because Its support OBJ instead of Blender that only support Blend Files.
