If you can, you would need a high knowledge in Modelbench bending and a very large object count to even make it possible. There would also be no easy way to pose it, which ruins the whole point.

Blender like models are no easy feat in modelbench. Blender face rigs are always super advanced face rigs so you would need the knowledge of 0.5 bending but if you wanna go farther then you will probably spend months trying to do that.
