This is fairly graphic viewers discretion be advised  

So this animation started off with parenting a cube to a camera which was moving around a point. Lot's of learning curves here, I spent a good portion of the week making it. 
Rendering it, not liking it, fixing it, adding more... repeat over a few times this sequences and voila this turned up. 
I hope it wasn't to graphic.
