1. The textures are missing.

let me show how to fix this glitch.  for example.

 

Folder.

you need to put the textures in the folder with the rig so,when you import the model into mine-imator,  the textures will be on the model.

then when you are finished a can compress the folder into a ZIP or a RAR.

2. The size of fingers inconsistent with with the rest of the rig including the iris / pupils 

3.   The iris / pupils inconsistent with with the rest of the rig.

Uh... Did you have to use those fonts?

Flashing imagery or excessive use of colors, special characters, smileys and/or oversized fonts

So technically that's kind of against the rules. It's just a pain to look at.
