I can't message any staff because it says "You are only allowed to send 0 messages per day. Please try again later." Therefore, this is my only way to get assistance as I can't find any other methods of getting support. I donated using PayPal balance.

Should've gotten a key after donating, but.. You can just... click "I'd rather not donate" on the Upgrade page and you'll get a key that'll work the same. The upgrade keys aren't tied to anything and there's no difference between paid and free keys.

You don't HAVE to donate. Mi is free.

I don't really understand your problem. Are you trying to activate mi but the key is invalid, or did you donate but didn't get the key? Who and where were you trying to message?
