Mine-Imator crashes upon start when loading 1.16 elements

Minecraft 1.16.1 is out!  With that update comes new assets for Mine-Imator, which are downloadable when you start it up.  However, after trying three times to download and start Mine-Imator with the new 1.16.1 changes, the loading bar gets stuck on slab and will not proceed.  I don't know why this happens - I can load up Mine-Imator with 1.15 features just fine - but something just goes wrong when it's trying to load up a 1.16 slab?

 

How to replicate my issue:

Step one - Open Mine-Imator

Step two - Accept the prompt to download new features
