Importing Videos

Hey i was wondering if i can import videos into my animations like muzzle flashes. is there a way?

ok ime trying putting a green block at the end of my gun for a green screen

doesn't work ima import vids into blender and motion track the muzzle and put in my vfx

Blender motion tracking? That sounds too complicated,

you might aswell use blender for the whole thing,

or add it in in post production with hitfilm or something.

im using blender motion tracking for my short filimg and magic vfx
