i know, when you scale the Y and then bend, the bottom bend is scaled bigger, so don't use the scale on one axis for legs and arms

Just get the latest version of MI. I don't know what "quality" you're on about that MI 1.2.6 doesn't have.

Scale is under the rotation tab. If Floof is right about the issue you're having, just right click each number under the scale tab.

If I remember correctly, there should be an option to set the scale of the bent half of limbs in Settings.

Also, I'd highly recommend using the latest version of MI if you can, since you're missing out on a load of new features. Support for the Community Build stopped over two and a half years ago.
